Bambii Terms of Service

Welcome to Bambii! By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them thoroughly.
1. Eligibility
Bambii is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. License and Ownership
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bambii for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All intellectual property rights to the app and its content remain with DIGITL Inc.
3. User Obligations
Use Bambii responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.Do not use the app to circumvent OpenAI’s usage charges.Do not attempt to hack, spam, or misuse the app.Do not attempt to access or interfere with any part of the app in an unauthorized way.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:Engage in illegal activities through the app.Attempt to hack, spam, or misuse the app.Interfere with the security or performance of Bambii.
5. Payment, Refund, and Subscription Policy
Bambii is a paid app with a free trial and optional in-app purchases.Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment details.All transactions are final. Refunds are generally not offered but may be considered on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable laws.Subscriptions can be cancelled via the Apple App Store and remain active until the end of the billing period.
6. Data Collection, Sharing, and User Rights
We collect user data, including but not limited to names, phone numbers, child-related details, location data, and usage information.Your data is used to improve app functionality and provide relevant services.We may use anonymized or aggregated data for research, analytics, or business purposes.We do not sell identifiable personal data to third parties.Users may have the right to opt out of data sales, subject to applicable privacy laws. Bambii provides AI-generated parenting insights for informational purposes only.
This does not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified expert for health or childcare decisions.
9. Data Security
We implement security measures, including encryption, secure backups, and access controls, to protect your information. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure.
10. Incident Response
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. Governing Law and International Users
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under Ontario law.
If you access Bambii from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
