Terms of Service

Effective July 27, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bambii iOS app and the bambii.app website (together, the “Service”), operated by Digitl Inc., doing business as Bambii (“Bambii,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Bambii, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Plain language summary

Bambii is a baby tracking and parenting guidance app provided by Digitl Inc. By using Bambii, you agree to:

• · Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes (creator program excluded).
• · Treat AI guidance as informational, not medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions.
• · Respect the rights of caregivers you grant access to your account.
• · Cancel any subscription via Apple App Store settings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Bambii account. Bambii is a tool for parents and caregivers to track and manage information about their children; children themselves are not permitted to create or use a Bambii account.

Not medical advice

Bambii's tracking features, sleep predictions, and AI-generated guidance (including guidance generated using OpenAI's technology) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified pediatrician or other healthcare provider. Always seek professional medical advice before making decisions about your child's health, sleep, feeding, or development.

Your account

• · You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including if you sign in using Sign in with Apple.
• · You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter about yourself and your child.
• · If you invite other caregivers to access your account, you're responsible for making sure they respect your family's privacy.
• · We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, including limits on AI features.
• · You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings in the app.

Subscriptions & payment

Bambii offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription (currently $9.99/month or $59.99/year, subject to change) billed through your Apple App Store account.

• · Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• · Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• · Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• · Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• · You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings, on your device, after purchase. Cancelling doesn't refund the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• · Use Bambii for anything other than personal, non-commercial family/parenting purposes, outside of an approved Creator Program arrangement.
• · Attempt to circumvent usage limits or charges associated with AI features.
• · Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• · Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Bambii, its logo, content, and underlying technology are owned by Digitl Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as photos and logs, and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

Third-party services

Bambii relies on third-party services to operate, including Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, and push notifications), Supabase (data storage), OpenAI (AI-generated guidance), and analytics/advertising partners such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Tools. Your use of these integrations may also be subject to those providers' own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitl Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from your use of Bambii. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Apple App Store terms

Because Bambii is distributed through Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply to your use of the iOS app:

• · These Terms are between you and Digitl Inc. only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• · Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection claims relating to the app.
• · In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• · Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including intellectual property claims.
• · You represent that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and that you're not on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
• · Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bambii after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Digitl Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
